Women To Women Mentoring

The mentoring scheme has become an important agent of change for us, with a constant improvement in our structure and capability to draw on a wider pool of passionate and talents women who are willing to give their time and resources for the advancement of their mentees. It has been a flexible process and the feedback has been rewarding.

We engaged 16 mentors who we trained to mentor at least 3 girls from our girl’s community. They are Women who are thriving in different areas of life, enthusiastically passionate and innovative in pursuing these mentor/mentee schemes.

Effective mentoring makes the girl child to believe that achieving their dreams is possible. Mentoring gives them access to people who believe in them and providing real support for life challenges and choices. Through mentoring women are equipped with wisdom and practical skills required to pursue greatness and positive influences in the community.

Our goal is to help women have real connection and relationship with other women who are positively influencing their world.
